Steven Greenwood Entertainment is the data controller for personal information collected directly through this website and through enquiries about its services.

What information may be collected?
When you make an enquiry, the information you choose to provide may include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date, venue and type of event you are planning
- Your entertainment requirements and any message you submit
- Later correspondence, booking details and information needed to provide the agreed service
Basic technical information may also be processed by the website’s hosting provider to deliver the site securely, such as an IP address, browser information, request time and security logs.

How is your information used?
Information is used only where there is an appropriate legal basis, including to:
- Respond to an enquiry and discuss a possible booking
- Prepare a quotation and take steps requested before entering into a contract
- Manage and deliver a confirmed booking
- Keep appropriate financial, contractual and business records
- Protect the website and business from misuse, fraud or security threats
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Your information is not sold. Marketing messages will not be sent merely because you submitted an enquiry. If an optional mailing list is introduced later, it will use a separate sign-up and you will be able to unsubscribe.

How long is information kept?
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. If an enquiry becomes a booking, relevant contractual, payment and correspondence records may be retained for up to six years where required for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes.
Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or receive information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis being relied upon.
