the isolation sessions.
Starting during the lockdown period, the Isolation Sessions were a creative way of keeping Steven’s vocal cords busy and maintaining his connection with music when live performances weren’t possible. The rules were pretty simple: each recording had to be done in one continuous take (even if there was a small mistake), with absolutely no fancy edits or enhancements, and of course, no auto-tune whatsoever. The goal was for the recording to feel authentic, as if you were right there in the audience at a genuine, live gig.
